• Hosting/Management Fee

  For the Sky Stream service we offer there is a hosting and management fee , which is due 12 months after initial purchase. The fee is 330CHF, which will be charged every 12 months. This will be set up as a 12 monthly recurring transaction and is non-refundable should you wish to cancel before the 12 months has expired.

Our hosting fee covers the following services:

Hosting of the account at an UK address.

Contacting Sky on your behalf with any changes to payments, packages or any queries you may have.

If you would like to cancel your subscription at any time please contact us by e-mail info@williams-services.ch with confirmation to give 31 days notice on your account with Sky. You may give this notice to cancel 31 days before the 12 month subscription end.

Never contact Sky yourself - they may cancel your account if you contact them directly.

The fee does not cover the booking of any box office events or booking of any additional, standalone channels. This service can be provided at an additional cost of £30.00 per event or channels booked.

• Sky Stream router

The Sky Stream router is essential for your Sky Stream puck to work. The Sky Stream router annual subscription is 250CHF and is automatically debited from your credit card on the anniversary of your order.

• Installation

There is no installation service offered in the Sky Stream price list. We can offer a installation at an extra cost for you if needed. Please contact us for a quote on the installation.

We provide technical support via email, whatsapp or phone as part of your hosting fee.

• Extra pucks

If you require extra pucks for other TVs please order these at the same time as the 1st puck. We can not add on extra pucks after the initial order has been placed.

Any extra pucks must be used in the same property as the main puck using the same Sky Stream router.

• Payments

When placing your order you will need to provide us with a credit card to use for the subscriptions. If you’re credit card details change you are obliged to contact us with the new details. Failing to do so may lead to your service being cut off with no refund available.

• Warranties

When equipment and/or products are supplied by Williams Services they carry the manufacturers warranty and guarantee. Faulty equipment will be sent back to the manufacturer and a replacement will be sent back to you as soon as possible.
